So I only have about 10 hissers, maybe less. Only 2 of them are female. I think I am going to breed 2 of them. Both my females are black morph, so I am not sure if I want to make more blacks or see what I can come up with if I breed a black and an orange. Not sure which female either, Stumpy or my other girl. Maybe I will choose Chico or Zeus to be the daddy? Not sure. Decisions decisions.

If you've had them seperated by gender since before they were sexually mature, you can at least control who the first breeding is with. heh.

how are you making sure there is no sperm exchange before you decide on couples?

i reckon roaches can mate multiple times and mix sperm for each brood. just guessing there, though

Too bad you live in Canada; if you bred black morphs, I would totally buy them. Perhaps since you have two girls, breed one to a black male and one to an orange male to see what ya get?
