Hi Ren. I found a dealer who is selling rainbow millipedes and I am going to order one. Before I do I wanted to ask you for some husbandry advice because I noticed that you have one. Any tips you would be kind enough to share with me will be greatly appreciated. I have been finding alot of inconsistant care infoon these guys. Please help.
Oops, sorry it took me so long to get back to you. I keep mine on a mix of coconut fiber, peat, and hard wood mulch with an abundance of hard wood leaves (mostly oak) and wood to eat. If I can get a chunk of bark with lichen I toss that in there as well. I don't really offer fresh foods, though sometimes I'll chuck some turkey in there. I keep things nice and humid, on the cool side, and leave the thing alone, and he's been with me for over two years and has been nothing but healthy, so I guess I'm doing something right?
Hey Ren, I've just gotten a pair of A. gigas they are about a year old and 5 inches long. I was wondering if you could give me some helpfull tips? I want to explore more into the husbandry of them but I can't find anyone who can help me or has time. Do you know at what age/lenght they become 'active'?

oh where did you get cave roaches?? I would love to have those! they're adorably chill. we passed them around my insect management class at school and only me and two other people would actually hold it. i don't know why, they're so mellow.
